Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how the CyberLeadHub Card Scanner app ("the App") handles information when you scan a business card, generate follow-up messages, and optionally save contacts to your own Google Sheet or CRM.

What the App Does

The App lets you photograph a business card, uses AI to read the contact details off it, drafts a follow-up SMS and email based on your industry and tone, and — if you choose — saves the contact to a destination you control (your own Google Sheet, or a CRM/webhook you've set up separately).

Information We Collect

• Business card photos and extracted contact details — name, company, job title, email, phone, and city read off the card you scan, plus any notes you type in.
• Your own profile settings — your name, company, industry, tone preference, and optional links (booking calendar, LinkedIn) that you enter to personalize your messages.
• Google account access — if you connect a Google Sheet, Google provides us a token scoped only to Google Sheets so the App can create and append rows to a spreadsheet in your own Google account.

How Information Is Used

• The business card photo and contact details are sent to Anthropic (Claude), through our server, solely to extract the text and draft your follow-up SMS and email.
• If you connect Google Sheets, the extracted contact and generated messages are appended as a new row in a spreadsheet that lives in your Google account, not ours.
• If you choose the CRM/webhook option instead, delivery of your contact's data is handled by the integration you (or we, on a setup call) configure for that specific webhook — we do not have standing access to any third-party CRM account.

Where Information Is Stored

The App has no login system and no central database of users or leads. Your profile settings and your Google Sheets connection token are stored only in your own browser's local storage, on your own device. We do not retain a copy of your scanned cards, generated messages, or Google token on our servers after each request is processed.

Third-Party Services

• Anthropic (Claude) — processes card images and drafts messages. See Anthropic's privacy policy.
• Google — used only for the optional "Connect Google Sheet" feature, via the Google Sheets API. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Your Choices

• You can disconnect your Google Sheet at any time from the App's settings panel, which removes the stored token from your browser.
• You can revoke the App's access entirely from your Google Account permissions page.
• Clearing your browser's local storage removes all of your saved settings from the App.

Children's Privacy

The App is a business tool intended for professional use and is not directed at children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
